Email Notifications
Email notifications are sent as a courtesy. Please track your orders to confirm delivery and allow 24 hours for processing. US Petro Parcel is not responsible for ensuring receipt of email notifications and will not waive pick-up or storage fees for missed emails.
Please note: Due to our high email volume, some providers have added us to their spam list. Please add “our email” to your accepted senders list to ensure proper delivery of your registration confirmation and parcel notices.
You are responsible for ensuring that packages are picked up in a timely manner to avoid late fees. If you have not received a delivery notification from us but did from the courier. Contact us the following business day
Storage Fees
Due to limited space, parcel(s) not picked up within 4 weeks will incur additional storage $1 per day. Parcels picked up AFTER 4 weeks do not qualify for the discount. Parcels left unclaimed for over 60 days will be deemed abandoned.
Abandoned Parcels
Any parcel remaining in our facility for more than 60 days will be considered abandoned and may be donated to charity unless prior arrangements have been made. Please contact us to agree on a later pickup date if needed.
Insurance
US Petro Parcel does not provide third-party insurance. You are responsible for insuring your items during storage at our facility. Ensure your policy covers goods stored with us. Cash, jewelry, or items of high or priceless value are shipped at your own risk, as most carriers do not permit these items.
Illegal Goods
US Petro Parcel does not condone or facilitate the storage or transportation of illegal goods, as defined by US federal, state, or local laws. Suspicious packages may be inspected and reported to law enforcement if necessary.
Fire and Theft
US Petro Parcel is not liable for loss or damage caused by fire, flood, acts of God, or other events beyond our control.
COD Shipments
We do not accept shipments requiring payment upon delivery (COD).
Changes to Terms of Service
US Petro Parcel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Updates will be posted on our website and prominently displayed at our facility. Customers will be informed of changes as promptly as possible.
